Ambassadors are the goodwill representatives and the public relations arm of the Chamber. They
serve as the welcoming committee for new members, ribbon cuttings and Chamber events. At
each Chamber "Think Wednesdays" event we have Ambassadors assigned as Greeters and Matchmakers.
GREETERS: Greet familiar faces and welcome new ones! Their focus is on making everyone, members and guests alike, feel welcome and enjoy our Chamber event.
MATCHMAKERS: Work to introduce Chamber Members to potential business category
synergies, and fulfills specific requests for introductions. Their focus is building relationships
between Chamber members, promoting prosperity for all.
In return, the Ambassadors are rewarded with the relationships they build with each and every
member they contact. Plus, they have opportunities at Chamber events to promote their own
business to the attendees.
Members in good standing may apply for an Ambassador position by contacting Ambassador
Committee Co-chair Tricia Lewis. She'll email a package of information that describes the rewards and
responsibilities of Ambassadorship
